September Papergang Unboxing

I’ve been getting the Papergang subscriptions boxes since their second box, so I thought it was about time I did an unboxing. I absolutely LOVE these boxes. This is my favourite stationery box by far! It’s just £9.95 plus postage £1.95, which is a great price for what you get. You always get cards in there

Firmoo FTW... Glasses for everyone!

A smart pair of glasses can really make the difference. As a little girl, I used to hate wearing glasses, especially at school. I was meant to wear them in class, but I never did! These days, glasses have come a long way and the fashionable ones usually come with a pretty big price tag.

Reflexology: Wellbeing in your feet!

Reflexology is a ‘non intrusive complementary health therapy’. The therapist will apply pressure to the feet using specific fingers/ thumbs and techniques. It is based on the theory that the feet have a number of pressure points that correspond to various areas of the body and by manipulating these areas, it is thought to improve health and wellbeing.

The negative side of perfectionism

As you may have read in my anxiety post, I see my writing as a way of de-stressing and releasing my thoughts. It’s certainly a lot easier to write about nice things, but not so easy to share the more emotional things that happen in a week. This week was a little more than just anxiety for me. I have high standards for myself and although I know I should make them more realistic, I feel that I should always be functioning on a high level.
