New Toffee Leather Messenger Satchel is to die for

We at Girls n Gadgets are big fans of Australian brand toffee and when they get in contact about a new product, we know that it won’t disappoint. The latest range that the tech-style gurus have sent us is its leather messenger satchel made for a Mac Book Pro or Air – of course it’ll fit anything around the 13in screen size. As soon as I touched the leather I knew it was superior quality and it is, top-grain leather no less. We have the tan version of the bag and it would definitely be my choice had I gone to buy it – although it is also available in black and if you opt for canvas material, you can also get it in khaki.

Inside the satchel is a quilted padded section for your laptop, which lovingly slots in and can be secured with a discrete popper. The other section can easily hold any diaries, paperwork or note pads – although I did find that it was better not to fill it too much as it can become rather heavy. There is also a handy zip compartment, which I used to stow away my cards and Oyster. It also has neat pockets to store your mobile etc, so that you don’t have to dig around for ages to find them.

I’ve always found it hard with laptop bags to find something that is sleek and sexy, whist also being functional. The messenger satchel does this very well, it has enough space to fit more then just my laptop, but not so that it makes it cumbersome. The nicely padded shoulder strap doesn’t dig into your shoulder when you’ve got your laptop etc in it, which is a nice change.

Overall the messenger satchel is an attractive piece of kit and I certainly got lots of questions about it around the office, most definitely a statement piece.
