So it’s officially official. “Forza Motorsport 5” is now the fastest selling racing game EVER. Today, Turn 10 Studios announced “Forza Motorsport 5” is the fastest selling Forza Motorsport game ever. “Forza Motorsport 5” has been embraced by Xbox One fans worldwide, with more than one-third of console owners purchasing the game since its 22 November launch.
Now, I’m a little dubious about this new historic title for “Forza Motorsport 5.” I’ve played the game myself and I honestly didn’t think it was all THAT great. So it leads me to think that maybe there’s another factor as to why “Forza Motorsport 5” has done so well. The first and obvious answer comes from the launch of the brand new Xbox One back in November 2013. The choice of game titles has never been so poor on a launch before. Therefore, the majority of people picked up “Forza Motorsport 5” with their brand new Xbox Ones. So could this of lead to “Forza Motorsport 5” new title? I think it definitely had a lot to do with it.
